On 28 April 2025, Easyport officially joined Atdag Canberra (the Trade Attaché office of the Indonesian Embassy in Canberra, Australia) to celebrate the soft launch and live trial of a new AI-powered chatbot aimed at helping Indonesian businesses access international markets—particularly Australia.
The chatbot, named Kak SATRIA, provides instant access to a wide range of export-related information. One of its key features includes the ability to identify HS Codes simply by analyzing a product photo — a powerful tool that simplifies export classification and compliance for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The chatbot will soon be integrated into Atdag Canberra’s official platform at www.tanya-atdag.au, creating a seamless, intelligent channel for trade inquiries.
